Collaborative Recruitment & Talent Development Podcast

Graduate talent development is recognised as being critical for UK Plcs’ success in an increasingly competitive global economy.

Parity has over 18 years experience of delivering Graduate Recruitment and development Programmes in partnership with the UK Cabinet Office, The Department for Employment and Learning, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and Invest Northern Ireland.

During that time we have worked closely with over 3000 companies to support their growth and talent development, ensuring that we help them find the right graduate talent to support their business growth.  Over 5000 graduates have impacted the UK economy during this period, and Parity has been at the forefront of developing these graduates and helping them onto the career ladder.

In these podcasts we listen to the experiences of the graduates, companies, Government Agencies and business leaders.
